His early contributions in social work led to a 10-year career as the Chief Program Officer for Comfort Zone Camp, a bereavement camp for children. Most recently, Pete partnered with Craig Shealy and Matt Paxton to create Legacy Navigator, a full-service estate management company. Pete brings a deep understanding of the grief that accompanies death or other difficult transitions like downsizing or divorce. In 2017 Pete was named one of Richmond’s Top 40 Under 40.
